The Dalhousie Public School crest and motto

Our Story · Since 1970

More than five decades of educational excellence.

Where the story began

Dalhousie Public School began in 1970 with just ten students in Moti Tibba, Dalhousie.

What began as a small school in the Himalayas has grown across generations and milestones, while remaining connected to the values it was founded on. Today, that journey continues across two campuses.

The philosophy behind Dalhousie, in the words of those who carry it forward

From our principals

In the mountains, children learn that character is built one day at a time: in how they rise, how they work and how they look after one another.

Jatinder SinghPrincipal · Dalhousie

A school should be a place where every child is known, every voice is heard, and every learner is encouraged to discover their own potential.
